E-commerce & Growth Associate
Path to Operations Lead
Location: One City Centre (OCC), Bangkok
Salary: 35,000 – 45,000 THB (depending on experience) + Performance Bonus
About YAMI Wellness Club
Your Role
- Execute and grow our e-commerce channels
- Turn ideas into action, fast
- Learn directly from the founder and scale with the business
- You are responsible for turning strategy into execution.
- You will oversee operations, sales, and business systems.
Founder Support
- Work closely with the founder on key priorities
- Get exposure to real business decisions
- Learn fast through hands-on experience
Team Coordination & Execution
- Lead and coordinate across marketing, social media, design, and admin teams
- Align campaigns, content, and operations across all channels
- Ensure fast and effective execution across the team
Suppliers & Production
- Coordinate with suppliers and factories
- Support timelines and product delivery
- Learn how production works end-to-end
Operations & Systems
- Support inventory and stock planning
- Coordinate fulfillment and delivery
- Help solve day-to-day operational issues
- Build and optimize systems for Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, LINE MyShop
- Create workflows, SOPs, and scalable processes
- Ensure smooth order, fulfillment, and backend operations
- Coordinate with Shopify / developers
Sales & Performance
- Manage daily sales on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, LINE MyShop
- Track performance and suggest improvements
- Support pricing, promotions, and campaigns
- Help drive revenue growth
- Own sales performance and revenue growth
- Track KPIs
(conversion, revenue, campaign results) - Analyze data and optimize performance
Business Growth & Expansion
- Support outreach to partners
(gyms, retail, etc.) - Assist in presenting and closing opportunities
- Learn how to grow a brand beyond online
- Identify new growth opportunities
(channels, partnerships, campaigns) - Support expansion beyond online channels
- Think like a business owner, not just an operator
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2–3+ years experience in e-commerce / operations / business
- Age 25–35
- Based in Bangkok (preferably near BTS)
- Fluent in English and Thai
- Strong ownership mindset
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Can work both in-office and remotely (hybrid)
